everything you ever knew
suddenly falls apart
and alone you are left
in the stillness and dark
What happens when it seems
you've lost all control
when suddenly your eyes
turn grey and dull
What happens when
all you want is someone
someone to listen to you
but you are always
doing the listening too
What happens when
it seems you have lost all reason
to continue living
and no one knows you
no one can keep your hope striving

you see that bright light
and cannot help but walk
straight into it
